The Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has won the presidential election in Nasarawa State.
Mr Obi garnered 191,361 votes, to APC’s Bola Tinubu, who polled172,922 votes.
PDP’s Atiku Abubakar came third with 147, 093 votes.
The results was announced by INEC collation officer in Nasarawa State, Prof. Ishaya Tanko, who is the Vice-Chancellor University of Jos, Plateau state.
He said NNPP presidential candidate got 12,715 votes.
Prof Tanko said the were 2,552,716 registered voters.
He said 562,464 voters were accredited voters, and 556,937 votes were cast.
The total rejected votes were 16,371, he said
