The students of Government Girls Secondary School Jangebe abducted on Friday by bandits have arrived Gusau, Zamfara State Capital.
Reports say only 279 out of 317 that kidnapped were released by their captors at 4am on Tuesday, and driven on a bus to Gusau, while 38 girls remain unaccounted for.
The students arrive Government House Gusau on a bus at about 5am Tuesday morning to meet Zamfara State Governor Bello Matawalle, four days after their abduction.
Matawalle told the girls to take their ordeal in “good faith” and that “the enemies” would be shamed.
