A veteran actor of Nollywood, Sadiq Daba, has passed on Wednesday evening.
Family sources said the veteran Nigeria Television Authority NTA broadcaster died after a prolonged battle with leukemia and prostate cancer.
Mr Daba came into limelight in the late 1970s, starring in Cockcrow at Dawn.
He announced his diagnosis of leukemia and prostate cancer in 2017 and was supported with fundraising by several Nigerians
