Emergency responders have recovered five dead bodies and rescued 15 others alive at the rubble of a three-storey building that collapsed at Ojodu-Berger area of Lagos.
Coordinator, Lagos Territorial Office of the National Emergency Management Agency, Ibrahim Farinloye, revealed this on Sunday in Lagos.
Farinloye said the five recovered bodies included two adult males and three females, while those rescued alive included six adult females and nine adult males.
Rescue operation is still ongoing.
The building collapsey in the Ojodu-Berger area, Lagos State on Saturday and 12 persons were rescued from the rubble of the three-storey building.
Farinloye said the cause of the building collapse was yet to be ascertained.
He said that search and rescue operation was still ongoing.
An earlier incident happened around 09.45 hrs.
