The Serbian Interior Ministry stated on Wednesday that nine persons were killed and seven others were injured in the Belgrade school shooting.
Earlier, police reported a shooting at a school in the Vrachar municipality in the Serbian capital’s center.
According to the police investigation, the gunman was a 14-year-old boy who may have taken his father’s pistol to perpetrate the crime.
According to a police statement, “eight children and a security guard were killed in the shooting at the Vladislav Ribnikar school in the Vrachar district earlier this morning.”
Again, six children and a teacher were wounded and were placed in an ambulance centre and a children’s hospital.’’
