The House of Representatives member, (PDP, Yabo-Shagari), Umar Yusuf Yabo, has supported 2,000 women with N100 million.
Yabo also donated 200 motorcycles to security agencies and other constituents.
He also distributed 50 water pumps and 2.5KVA power generators to farmers and mosques, as well as
500 uniforms and 5,000 exercise books to primary school pupils.
Speaking at the event on Monday, the lawmaker noted that the gesture was part of his campaign promises to his constituents.
The state chairman of PDP, Bello Goronyo, however, commended the lawmaker for achieving this feat within five months.
