Seven governorship aspirants, Agboola Ajayi, Adeolu Akinwumi, Olusola Ebiseni, Bamidele Akingboye, Kolade Akinjo, Bosun Arebuwa, and John Mafo, will compete for the lone ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State in a primary election taking place on Thursday.
The governorship election proper will be held on November 16 in the state.
A total of 627 delegates will vote to elect the flag bearer from the seven aspirants at the primary holding at the International Culture and Event Centre, DOME, in Akure, the state capital.
