The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Tuesday said16 ships conveying containers with assorted goods were expected to berth at Lagos ports from September 13 to 21.
It listed the goods to include bulk wheat, frozen fish, general cargo, bulk sugar, bulk urea, butane gas, ethanol and crude soya bean oil.
The NPA also stated that 17 ships were already discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, petrol, frozen fish, pet coke, container, bulk urea, butane gas, bulk gypsum, bulk sugar and automobile gasoline at the ports.
It added that some other ships had arrived at the ports with premium motor spirit (petrol) and were waiting to berth.
