Leaders of the oil-producing communities on Thursday engaged in free-for-all during a public hearing on the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) at the House of Representatives.
Trouble started when the host community was called by the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee to make their presentations. However, the cause of the fight could not be ascertained as at the time of this report.
The chairman has earlier said after the host communities leadership complete their presentation, the various host communities will be invited individually to make their presentations.
