Popular Hausa comedy skit maker known in the entertainment industry as Kamal Aboki is dead.
The young comedian died in a road accident along Maiduguri-Kano road while on transit to his base in Kaduna state.
He began his entertainment journey on Istagram and later created his own YouTube channel. He later expanded to TikTok.
He was involved in an accident while returning from a meeting held in Maiduguri, Borno state.
Sources close to the late artist revealed that he was together with his friend ‘Dan Yarabawa’ when the accident occurred. It was revealed that his body had since been buried in Hotoro quarters in the Nassarawa local government area of Kano state.
Late Kamal became popular as an artist who usually features expatriates in his videos as well as his ability to mimic songs performed by other artists.
