Gunmen on Wednesday abducted three veterinary doctors at their commercial poultry farms in Pampo village, Asa local government area of of Kwara State.
Spokesperson of Kwara Police Command, Ajayi Okasanmi, confirmed the incident.
He said the incident happened around the Eyenkonrin area. Okasanmi said on of the kidnapped doctors escaped and later alerted the Police, adding that operative have been deployed to trail the kidnappers an rescue the remaining victims.
Okasanmin could not confirm whther the abductors have made contact with the victims families.
He also assured that the remaining two victims will soon regain freedom.
