The FCT Joint Unions Action Committee (JUAC) has honoured Dr. Jumai Ahmadu, acting Director, FCT Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department.
Dr Jummai received the 2023 Best Director of the Year award by the unions.
Com. Rifkatu Ioytyer, JUAC President, during the award presentation at the weekend, said Dr. Jumai Ahmadu was given the award due to her honesty, integrity and diligence of service to the FCT Administration.
While accepting the award, Dr. Jumai Ahmadu said she was truly honoured to be recognized as the Best Director 2023 by the FCT JUAC and thanked them for the confidence in her leadership.
“I am committed to serving the public with greater dedication and integrity and thank the leadership of FCTA for the opportunity they have offered me to contribute to the development of the FCT.
“All the achievements couldn’t have been possible without the support of my wonderful team at the FCT Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department.
“As civil servants, it is our duty to uphold integrity and professionalism in all aspects of our work. However, we must remember the importance of staying true to our values and principles,” she said.
