The scarcity of petrol may hamper the movement of election materials and personnel during the polls, the Independent National Electoral Commission Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, has warned.
Yakubu gave the warning at an ongoing meeting with the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Abuja on Tuesday.
He said the commission would be meeting with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, to resolve any bottleneck that might impede logistics delivery and personnel movement on election day.
