An operative of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reportedly committed suicide in Abuja.
The officer, a member of Course 5, took his own life on Monday at his residence in Abuja, it was learnt.
The spokesperson of the anti-graft agency, Mr Dele Oyewole, has confirmed the death of the operative without revealing his identity.
He said an investigation is underway to ascertain the circumstances leading to the death of the operative.
