About 500 movies across the world have been nominated to be premiered at the maiden Enugu Film festival also known as Coal City Film Festival.
Coal City Film Festival celebrates the originality of African and world cinematic expressions in the city that arguably gave birth to the Nigeria Film Industry, the Nollywood.
Executive Director of the festival, Uche Agbo, disclosed this at a press briefing to announce the commencement of the festival from March 25th to 27th in Enugu.
The festival was initially slated for March 20, 2020 before it was rescheduled due to COVID-19 19 outbreak.
Nollywood personalities such as Zack Orji, Segun Arinze, Patience Ozokwor and Lancelot Imaseun will be attending the festival.
