Gunmen have killed two Chinese expatriates and a policeman in an ambush in Abia State.
But the police rescued four other Chinese expatriates and two police officers.
The group was attacked en route a company site in Agukwu-Amaya, Ndundu Community, Uturu, Isuikwuato Local Government Area of the state on Friday.
The state Police spokesperson, DSP Maureen Chinaka, identified the killed Chinese as Mr. Quan (male, manager), Mr. Cai (male, colleague), and Inspector Audu Saidu, one of the police escorts.
The gunmen also stole Inspector Saidu’s rifle, he said.
