President Donald Trump began the last day of his foreign trip with a business roundtable where he touted partnerships with companies along with investments being made in the United States in health care, aviation, and energy. He also said he wanted to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin “as soon as we can set it up,” and said he was “looking at Gaza, and we got to get that taken care of.” He is touring the Abrahamic Family House — a cultural site symbolizing peace and cooperation that includes a church, a mosque and a temple — and is expected to depart the region Friday evening.
President Trump, wrapping up his trip, says his daughter Tiffany had a baby: “It’s been a tremendous time. Now it’s time to go back home. My daughter had a baby. I’m going to go back home and see that little baby. And then we get back to a lot of work.”

“I’m just thinking we have a president of the United States doing the selling,” he said. “You think Biden would be doing this, I don’t think so. But it’s so important. I have to be a cheerleader for our country.”
He offered some endorsements (“It’s just my opinion but Boeing makes the best planes”) and promotions (“Hottest engine there is,” he said of General Electric-made engines). “They don’t need financing,” he chuckled about UAE national carrier Etihad’s investment in Boeing planes.
At one point, he lamented that some of the projects would not be completed until he was out of office. “Somebody’s going to be cutting a ribbon … Somebody’s going to be taking the credit for this,” he said. “You remember, press, this guy did it.”
