The four institutions were; Federal College of Education, Federal College of Health Science, Campus of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and Federal College of Legal Studies.
Tajudeen, who lamented delay in the payment of Special Scholarship Scheme for 2,500 Zazzau students, also announced additional slots of 3,000 students for the scheme in 2025.

The speaker also disclosed plan to construct and equip the proposed 1000 seater-capacity state-of-the-art event hall for the association.

Earlier, the Chairman Central Working Committee, Dr Abdul-alimi Bello said the association had achieved significant milestones that reflect its commitment to educational excellence and community development.
“ZEDA has over the years grown into a leading NGO in Zazzau Emirate and beyond in both formal education and skills acquisition development,” he said.
In his remarks, the Emir of Zazzau, Malam Ahmad Bamalli tasked the association to leverage its resources to remain a beacon of hope and catalyst for change in educational sector.
