The women leader of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Sokoto state, Hajiya Kulu Abdullahi Rabah, has joined the All Progressives Congress (APC).
She did not give reason for her defection which came few days to the governorship election in the state.
It was learnt that the leader of APC in the state,
Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko received Ms Rabah at his residence on Tuesday.
Wamakko was supported by the APC’s flag bearer for the Governorship election, Ahmed Aliyu, the state’s chairman of the party, Isa Sadiq Achida, among others.
