The choice of Senator Kashim Shettima as vice presidential candidate would go improve the fortune of the APC in 2023 general elections.
This was disclosed by Minister of State for Labour ams Employment, Festus Keyamo (SAN), on Sunday.
The minister and activist described the choice of Senator Shettima, as running mate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as perfect.
Keyamo, in a tweet via his official handle @fkeyamo tweeted, “Quintessential banker & economist, suave gentleman & politician, intellectually fertile, economically sound, intergenerational mobile (he’s young, yet experienced), fiercely loyal, phenomenally complementary to @officialABAT; Sen. Kashim Shettima is the perfect choice as VP.”
Mr Tinubu, had on Sunday, announced the choice of Shettima as running mate in Daura, Katsina state during Sallah homage to President Muhammadu Buhari.
