The Senate has removed Senator Shehu Buba (APC, Bauchi South), as chairman of the National Security and Intelligence committee.
He was moved to the Livestock and Animal Husbandry committee as chairman.
This was announced by Senate President Godswill Akpabio at the plenary on Tuesday.
Senator Yahaya Abdullahi from Kebbi State has been made the new chairman of the National Security and Intelligence.
Senator Mustafa Musa from Yobe State is the new Chairman, Senate Committee on National Planning.
Senator Osita Ngwu from Enugu State has been elevated to become Acting Chairman Senate Committee on Air Force, he was the Deputy Chairman.
Senator Godiya Akwashiki, from Nasarawa State who has been indisposed was the Chairman, Committee on Air Force.
