Sarkin Bunza in Kebbi State, Dr Mustapha Muhammad Bunza, is dead.
Family sources said the monarch died Thursday morning at the Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto.
He died at the age of 84.

The deceased was at different times Inspector of Education, Ministry of Education, North Western State, 1969-70; Principal, Post Primary Schools, 1970-74; Provost, College of Education, Sokoto State, 1979- 83; Commissioner for Education, Sokoto State, 1984-86; Registrar University of Sokoto, 1987; and and Director at Nigerian Teachers Institute, Kaduna.
