In the 24th minute, Salisu gave the Black Stars the lead before Kudus doubled it just before half time.
Cho Gue-sung of South Korea, who scored twice to tie the scores in the 61st minute, changed the course of the narrative as the Koreans pressured the Black Stars trying to get the winning goal.
However, things quickly changed when Ghana’s Kudus scored his second goal of the match to give Ghana the lead again in the 68th minute.
Ghana is positioned second in “Group H” with three points, behind Portugal, who also has three points and an identical goal difference.
