The immediate past Chairman of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) in Rivers State, Dr Joseph Obele, who revealed this, said the test run is sequel to the completion of the first phase of the rehabilitation work at the refinery.
Obele, said the first phase of the rehabilitation was presently undergoing a test run.
The Minister of State for Petroleum, (Oil), Senator Heineken Lokpobiri said during his visit to the refinery promised that the first phase of the rehabilitation work would be completed in December, 2023.
