PHOTOS: Power Minister, Zulum, others launch Northeast Dev’t Masterplan

Minister of Power, Engr. Abubakar D. Aliyu, Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, on Tuesday joined other guests at the launching of the North-East Stabilisation and Development Master Plan (NESDMP). The masterplan is an all-inclusive roadmap for peace, reconciliation, rehabilitation, reactivation, replacement, reconstruction, and resettlement in the northeast states.
