The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in the last gubernatorial election in Ondo State, Mrs. Jumoke Anifowose has been suspended with immediate effect
A letter signed by 25 of the 29 officers of the party in Igboroko One, ward two of Owo Local Government Area announced her suspension after their meeting.
Mrs Anifowose, daughter of the first governor of the state Adekunle Ajasin, was suspended for alleged anti-party activities, lack of contribution to the party and was always absent at meetings
It would be recalled that Mrs Anifowose recently lost a case in which she challenged the elibility of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu to contest the last governorship election.
