The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNP) in Kano state have won the Kano South Senatorial seat and that of Kano Central senatorial seat coalition goes on. While Senator Barau Jibrin Maliya of APC secured a return ticket as Kano North senator.
However, in the presidential election, out of the 44 local governments in the state, NNPP has won 31 local governments so far, while All Progressive People’s Congress (APC) has 8 local governments.
Similarly, out of the 24 national house member seats in the state, NNPP has 18 while APC has 4 seats so far.
