The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has called for the immediate cancellation of the general election.
This was revealed by the national chairperson of the NNPP, Professor Rufa’i Alkali in an ongoing press conference in Abuja.
He said the elections were characterised by voter suppression, intimidation, and vote buying.
Mr Alkali also asked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to announce a new date for fresh elections.
