When his contract expires in 2024, Kylian Mbappe has notified the Ligue 1 champions that he intends to leave the team for free. He even criticized the team, their most recent additions, and the French league in an interview with France Football. Former West Ham United star Paolo Di Canio took issue with Mbappe’s remarks about his club and blamed both the team and the player for the current situation. Di Canio stated, “PSG put themselves in this situation, pampered it, and it became a global brand,” in a statement to Sky Sports Italia. The club already fell for it the previous year, and Mbappé is still acting erratically
