A former Minister of Information, Labaran Maku, has withdrawn form the Nasarawa State governorship race.
The former minister has been one of the frontline contender for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s ticket ahead of the 2023 governorshp election.
Maku who announced his withdrawal from the contest at the venue of the PDP primary in Nasarawa Eggon Local Government Area of the state, said he consulted family members and associates before arriving at the decision.
