The only Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lawmaker Jimoh Agboola of the Kwara State House of Assembly will Tuesday be sworn 14 months after the Court of Appeal declared him winner.
Clerk of the Kwara State House of Assembly Halimat Kperogi declared so in a February 5 letter to the lawmaker-elect.
The letter requested Agboola to come with evidence of declaration of assets and liabilities before his swearing in at 10am in the chamber.
Meanwhile, the Court of Appeal has summoned the Speaker of the house Mr. Yakubu Danladi to appear before it on Tuesday for contempt.
