With election closed at 6pm on Saturday, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Kogi state, Senator Dino Melaye, has not cast his vote.
As at the time of this report, no reason was forth coming from neither the candidate nor any of his aides.
Melaye, who was billed to vote at Polling Unit 04, Iluafon Quarters, Ayetoro Gbede in Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State, did not do so until the voting ended at 6 pm on Saturday.
The Senator’s aides, party members and supporters waited for him at the polling centre for him, to come, but was nowhere to be found around the polling centre.
