Kidnappers have seized a man, his wife, son and two others during an invasion of the Chikakore area of Kubwa in Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
A resident of the area who revealed that the gunmen were about 30 armed with AK-47 rifles, said they invaded the area around 12 am on Monday and went straight to the house of one Adefija Micheal Akinropo, and kidnapped him, his wife, son and elder brother.
The resident, who is a neighbor of the victims, said the kidnappers later moved to a poultry farm, kidnapped a man and injured his wife.

He said the police from Byazin police station had visited the scene, adding that the abductors are yet to make contact with the family members.
The FCT Police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, said was yet to respond to enquiries on the kidnapping as at press time.
