A pilgrim from Jega Local Government Area in Kebbi State, Tawakaltu Alako, has died in Saudi Arabia.
The board’s Executive Chairman, Alhaji Faruku Aliyu-Enabo, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday.
He said, “The deceased died on Saturday after a brief illness and her funeral prayer took place at the Al-Masjid Al-Haram (Ka’aba).
“She was buried according to Islamic rites on the same day”.
The chairman, on behalf of the Kebbi government, condoled her immediate family, Kebbi pilgrims, and the entire people of the state.
