Kano electorate are voting at the various polling units during the local government elections across the state Saturday without face masks.
Reports revealed that in many of the polling units, social distancing and other COVID-19 protocols were not observed, even as residents and vehicles also move freely along many roads despite restriction on movement by the authorities.
And in areas where voting is to commence, residents have taken to playing football on the streets and roads.
