The leadership of Chinese Business Community Association of Nigeria (CBCAN) has condemned the murder of Ummukhulsum Buhari, popularly known as Ummita, at her Janbulo residence in Gwale local government area of Kano state.
“The Chinese community has condemned the killing of one Ummulkhulsum Buhari allegedly by a Chinese national, her lover Mr Geng Quanrong,” said the statement.
The condemnation was contained in a statement issued to newsmen in Kano and signed by Mr Guang Lei the personal assistant to Wakilin Mutanen China Mr Mike Zhang. Zhang described the killing as condemnable and unacceptable as well as criminal that should be allowed to be handled professionally by relevant security agents.
The statement added that the Chinese community is in support of the law taking its cause.
The statement also appreciated the hospitality extended to the Chinese community in the state as well as console the family of late Ummita.
