Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja walked out the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu from the courtroom due to the latter’s “unruly” behaviour in the matter on Thursday.
Justice Omotosho dismissed Kanu’s three fresh motions after the case was adjourned for judgment.
He said the cases lack merit, and further added that the main judgement can be delivered in his absence.
When Justice Omotosho was about to give the ruling earlier scheduled for Thursday, Kanu tried to stop the court because he was yet to file his final written address.
On a high tone, Kanu accused Justice Omotosho of bias, saying the judge did not know the law.
The judge subsequently proceeded to deliver the judgement.
