Kano State Governor-elect, Abba Kabir Yusuf has been presented with his Certificate of return on Wednesday in Kano.
Abba won the state governorship election on the platform of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), beating the candidates of All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nasiru Gawuna and Sadiq Wali respectively, among others
Former Vice Chancellor of Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto Professor A. A Zuru made the presentation to Abba at a ceremony where NNPP presidential candidate Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso was missing.
