Four kidnappers have been apprehended by hunters in Okehi and Ijumu local government areas of Kogi State.
The Okehi council chairman, Abdulraheem Ohiare Ozovehe, said the criminals were arrested in their hideouts on Monday.
He said some arms, comprising five guns, a locally made medium barrel revolver, a locally made pistol, and a locally long-barrel gun were recovered from the suspects.
Ozovehe said the suspects were presently in Police custody and were helping security agencies with useful information that will lead to the arrest of other members of the gang.
