Member of the House Representatives representing Oron Federal Constituency of Akwa Ibom State, Mr Nse Ekpenyong, has died.
Mr Ekpenyong reportedly died on Saturday at the age of 58.
Chairman of Mbo Local Government Area, Asuqwo Eyo, confirmed the death of the lawmaker to newsmen.
The deceased was at various times a member of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and a former deputy chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the State.
