President Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday morning, has arrived at the National Assembly for the 2024 budget presentation.
The president is scheduled to present N27.5 trillion Appropriation Bill for tge 2024 fiscal year before a joint session of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Mr Tinubu arrived the Chamber of the House of Representatives at 11.13 a.m., our corespondent observed.
Senate President and Chairman of the National Assembly, Mr Godswill Akpabio, called the House to order at 11.15 a.m.
The senate president began reading of the welcome address at 11.20 a.m.
Three weeks ago, Mr Tinubu forwarded to the National Assembly 2024 – 2026 MTEF and Fiscal Strategy Paper.
