Gunmen have intercepted a Lagos-bound commercial bus in Isiala, Mbano local government area of Imo State and kidnapped it’s occupants.
The 18-seater bus took off from Uyo, Akwa Ibom State on Tuesday when it was intercepted in Imo State along Odo Rubber road.
The gunmen whisked away the passengers leaving behind the bus which belongs to the Akwa Ibom State government behind.
It was learnt that the vehicle has been handed over to the police.
