Bandits have abducted 13 women in Faskari local government area of Katsina State.
Katsina State Police Command confirmed the incident to the BBC on Saturday.
The command spokesperson, Isah Gambo said the incident happened on Thursday, when the gunmen opened fire on a car carrying the women on their way to a bank in Funtua.
