Moses Bliss, a Nigerian gospel artist, debuted his own record company, Spotlite Records, over the weekend.
Based in Abuja, Bliss is well-known for popular tunes like “Too faithful,” “Daddy wey dey pamper,” and the most current Top charting single “Miracle no Dey tire Jesus.”
He stated that, “The vision of this label is to permeate the planet with the message of God via music,” when asked about his goals for the new record company.
He added that the new record company wants to produce evangelical music and impart knowledge to a broad audience.
In order to produce content that would edify, entertain, and educate, “we believe that music is a language that spans beyond ages, people, and locations.”
The other label executives, Tunde Praise and Evidence Samuel, were present at the press conference for the record label unveiling held at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.
Chizie, Festizie, Doris Joseph, and Grace Lokwa of the renown Kumama from the Republic of Congo are the label’s newest signees.
Chizie is a singer-songwriter. Prior to signing, he published his song “No other name,” which has received over 50,000 Spotify streams.
Along with Moses Blizz and Festize, he also appears on the hot new track “Miracle no dey tire Jesus.”
Festizie is a rapidly emerging gospel musician who has accomplished much with the help of his motivational songs; he is a recognized songwriter, recording artist, and producer.
Festizie is a vocalist who performs with the group Loveworld, which also includes Moses Bliss and other brilliant young singers. He is a part of The Engraved Music group as well (TEMs)
Worship leader Doris Joseph has released two singles: “Gbadu” and “the blood song.”
The performers expressed their gratitude to minister Moses Bliss for giving them the chance to benefit the church and the wider community.
