Former Chairman of Board of Directors of Zedcrest, Mr. Abiola Ademola Aderonmu, is dead.
He died in Lagos on Monday.
The company announced Mr Aderonmu’s dead in a statement on Wednesday.
The statement signed by Zedcrest Capital Limited’s company secretary, Mr Yemi Kehinde, said the deceased served as chairman of the Board of Zedcrest Group from 2013 – 2018.
He played a pivotal role in fostering the effectiveness of the board – focusing it on strategic matters and setting high governance standards, the statement said.
Until his demise, Mr Aderonmu was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of FTN Cocoa Processors Plc.
“The board appreciates the late Mr. Aderonmu for his invaluable contribution to the company during his tenure as chairman and expresses the deepest condolences to his family,” the statement said.
