PropaBridge, a Nigerian property technology platform, has launched its verification-first real estate marketplace and its multilingual
AI concierge, Propa.
The platform goes live Monday with active operations across Abuja, Kaduna and Minna, with planned
expansion into other Nigerian cities and towns through the rest of the year.
The digital platform is operated by Zippatek Digital Ltd, Muhammad Tukur, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, PropaBridge, said in a statement on Monday.
The statement said PropaBridge was built to address a long-standing problem in the Nigerian property market.
“Buyers and renters regularly wire money for properties that turn out not to exist,” he said.
“Every existing portal lists inventory without verifying it. The trust deficit costs the country an estimated $4 billion every year,” the statement said.
He said PropaBridge’s “promise to the market is simple. Zero fake listings. Zero fears.”
Unlike traditional property portals, the statement said, every listing on PropaBridge goes through a three-step gate before it appears on the platform.
“The team physically visits the property, validates the title and legal documents, and confirms the credentials of the agent or developer offering it. Nothing reaches the platform without all three checks,” the statement said.
On the buyer and renter side, the company has built Propa, an AI concierge that runs 24/7 on WhatsApp, the web and voice, in five Nigerian languages (Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Fulfulde, and Pidgin).
“Buyers can speak directly with Propa, ask questions, get matched with verified inventory and book viewings, with nine background agents handling lead scoring, follow-up, viewing logistics and formal offer letters end-to-end,” the statement said.
“For too long, Nigerian property buyers have carried the entire burden of figuring out whether a listing is real,
whether a developer is genuine and whether their money is safe,” it said.
PropaBridge has confirmed partnerships and active partnership negotiations with property developers, including Sites & Lifestyle Limited, Kay-Steph Group, The Homes Group, Urban Shelter Ltd and MiddlePark Properties Ltd.
The company has also extended its Founding Member offer to 50 of the most reputable property agencies across Abuja, Minna and Kaduna, with the first cohort already moving through PropaBridge’s KYC and verification process.
The statement said, “For developers and agents, PropaBridge takes the weight of buyer qualification and lead management off their teams.”
“The Nigerian real estate market is worth trillions of naira, but the trust deficit is the biggest hidden tax on every transaction in it,” said Aminu Muhammad, Co-Founder of PropaBridge, an Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over two decades experience in the Nigerian real estate sector.
“By bringing verified inventory from credible developers and owners into one transparent ecosystem, and by giving buyers an assistant that protects them at every step, we are building the trust layer the Nigerian property market has been waiting for,” he said.
