Former beneficiaries of the N-Power batches A and B scheme can now access job opportunities created for members through a shared agent network, the federal government has disclosed.
The N-Power job plan will see 200,000 beneficiaries employed as operators of the Shared Agent Network Expansion Facility (SANEF) scheme operated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The Shared Agent Network Expansion Facility (SANEF) is a programme that aims to boost financial inclusion in Nigeria operated by the Central Bank of Nigeria, Deposit Money Banks, Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement Systems, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Licensed Mobile Money Operators, and Shared Agents.
Speaking at the 4th annual review of the Home Grown School Feeding Programme (NHGSFP), the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq, said the gesture would allow N-Power members access to other government empowerment opportunities.
