Days before his party’s special convention where he emerged as presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu slipped with a campaign speech in Abeokuta in which he boasted that Muhammadu Buhari could not have become president without him and that this is his turn.
At the convention on Tuesday night, Tinubu lost his grip on the rails and his hand had to be grabbed by an aide.
He also had trouble turning over the page while reading his speech. He has eight months of hard campaigning ahead of him.
How well can he endure it?
