A former justice of the Supreme Court, Bolarinwa Oyegoke Babalakin, is dead.
He died in the early hours of Saturday at the age of 94, accoeding to a family member.
The deceased will be buried in his hometown in Gbongan, Osun state, in accordance to Muslim rites.
Babalakin was a former president of the Muslim Ummah of South-West Nigeria (MUSWEN).
The late Babalakin was called to the London Bar in the 1950s.
He retired from the supreme court in 1992.
