A retired Assistant Comptroller-General of Immigration, Abdulahi Rakieu and other three persons have been abducted in the Tungan Maje, a community in Gwagwalada area council of the Federal Capital Territory.
Sources said the incident happened on Sunday when the kidnappers raided the victims’ houses and took them away.
Tunga Maje had suffered similar attacks in September last year.
Spokesperson Federal Capital Territory Police Command, Mariam Yusuf, said the Command has launched a counter-kidnapping operation to checkmate the emerging security concerns.
